The Diewold’s – JML Properties

The Diewold’s have had a fantastic start to 2008. In February we were inducted into the Wealth Intelligence Academy Hall of Fame in Orlando for own success in real estate. Recently Jason was asked to be a phone coach for WIA. This summer we took 3 weeks vacation to travel to the west coast and visit our new friends that we have made at the courses we have taken.

JML has hired a bookkeeper and a full time property manager. These new hires will allow us to focus more on the acquisition of properties and expanding Atwind Developments.

The Keep’s – 3D Real Estate

And… what a year for the Keep’s. Of course the best thing that happened to us all year was meeting and then partnering with the Diewold’s. Since our introduction to Real Estate Investing in June 2007 we have purchased a plot of land in Panama and 4 condo units (and sold one). In partnership with Jason and Marie we have also purchased a 24 unit apartment building, did a Joint Venture on a Rent-To-Own house and just got an accepted offer on an 18 unit apartment building. We have attended several education courses – WIA – Millionaire University, Creative Financing, Wholesale/Retail, Lease Options and Commercial Real Estate Investing, a Rein Condo Conversion Course, a Dollarmaker’s Joint Venture Bootcamp as well as a Personal Development Course with Marshall Sylver.
